Uma Karuna Thurman (born April 29, 1970) is an American actress and model. She starred in several more films throughout the 1990′s such as Batman & Robin, Gattaca and Les Misérables. Thurman was born in Boston, to model Nena von Schlebrügge and professor Robert Thurman. When she was 10 years old, a friend’s mother suggested a nose job.
